Hi !
- Information about the problem is missing here:
- Which version of the module is installed?
- Which template is used?
- Which exact settings did you choose in the module? (screen shots)
-is the setting: Open link in new window set to No?
- Do you have a link to the problem?

Since I don't have the "london template", I don't know the version number. I recently had a problem with the module you mentioned. Here is the link to my post:
https://www.joomla51.com/forum/bug-in-kinvare-j4-and-j51-imagehover-gallery

It was due to a faulty module in the example installation.

I have version 2.1.3.
You can find your version in the backend under: System-> Manage-> Extensions-> J51_imagehover

If you have another J4 template, you can install another imagehover module over it from the files or the installation folder after the download (Joomla! 4.x Install Files). Then it worked for me.

IMPORTANT. always have a working backup of your website.

Hi @eumel7
i have Version 2.1.4, but i think it's a standalone Module, not dependent on the template.
I think Lightbox doesn't work -

I tried with another template pack (Sophia) and suddenly it works
thank you so much for your fine tip!!!!!!

Hi Stefan

This can sometimes happen if there is a JS error prior to the ImageHover JS being loaded. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

It's nice if it helped. Yes, of course it is its own extension. But there are some small errors in one or the other version...
The developer just gave us the explanation here...

I solved the problem for now, with another Module from Package (i think Sophia) so the module version 2.1.3 is running correctly
