The photo gallery module as seen on the template demo (http://demo.joomla51.com/0096/) is called ThiumbsGallery and you will find it included with your download (mod_j51thumbsgallery.zip). For details on setting up this module may I suggest the following tutorial.. http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/setting-up-the-j51-thumbs-gallery
