I CAN NOT submit categories in blog format

Hello, I have a very serious problem with my template Scarlet. I CAN NOT submit categories in blog format. There is a message that says "There are no articles in this category. If the subcategories are shown on this page, they may contain articles" but if I have articles, it just does not show them. And I do not know how to look for a solution. I need help!

Hello

Sorry to say I suspect this is not be a template related issue. To confirm this you can enable one of the default Joomla templates (Protostar) and see if the issue persists?

The problem is that I installed the template that includes joomla and examples and I can not create articles in blog format, which are indispensable for the web that I am creating.
