I am not sure if this is the proper place for this question, but yesterday I purchased the Joomla 4 version of Ensley, my credit card was charged through Stripe and yet, the download never appeared in my account. I could not find any support area for sales problems so I am asking it here.

I have been a loyal Joomla51 customer since 2017 and have purchased 18 templates for my own account and numerous others for friends and clients.

Please look into this problem because I need the Joomla 4 Ensley template for a project.
