I accidentally bought the Chloe template as version 3, but I need it for Joomla 4.
Can you do something there?

Unfortunately I can't use the template for version 3...
Would it be possible for me to download version 4?

It's a shame that you don't get an answer here!

It can happen that you order something wrong.

I can't use this for Joomla 3.

But I need it for Joomla 4, is there any solution?

Wow.. I am so sorry. I somehow got unsubscribed to this category and have completely missed all your posts. :(

Of course, I have switched your purchase to the Joomla 4 version of the template and have also subscribed you to our most recent template releases (Nina and Layla).

Kind regards
Ciaran

Thank you for the message.
I'm happy that it still worked out and of course also for the amazing encore...
