This is a Custom HTML module and can be edited in your Module Manager (Extensions -> Module Manager -> Recent Projects).

These images are created using th ImageLinkHover module included with your template. You will find the install file for this extension in the corresponding folder to your Joomla version in your template download (mod_j51imagelinkhover.zip).
