How do I modify the tags in the blog menu item to match the tags in the module "tags - popular"?

Hello!
I've gotten a lot of compliments on the new website, and it's not even finished yet! Well done!

I had to take a break from working on the site to move (yikes!), and may have lost track of this, so I could use some help. How do I modify the tags in the articles (#2 on the screenshot, attached) so they look like the tags in the tag cloud (#1 on the screenshot, attached)?
