How can I combine or deactivate these CSS / Javascript files?

During a Seo analysis I get the following messages when using the template Jasmine.

performance
The website loads 5 CSS files, this can negatively affect the loading time.
The website loads 7 Javascript files, this can affect the loading time negatively.

How can I combine or deactivate these CSS / Javascript files?
