Screenshot attached for Nina but also happening for Layla. Both are running the very latest template release and just in case I downloaded and reinstalled the latest releases.

Just was on a screen share with Philip Walton about this and it looks like your update server maybe the hiccup. Downloads shows the latest being 1.1.5. Also confirmed my J install is only running stable versions.

Hi Alison

This is strange as our Nina template does not register any update server. We have updated and tested locally and are unable to find any issues after udpates. We will continue to investigate this.

A likely solution to this issue is to navigate to System -> Update -> Updates Sites from your Joomla administration and click Rebuild.

Yes when it was confirmed here that there was no other 2.1.2 release and it was a weird J hiccup I pushed through with doing the updates.
