Hornav and nav links not showing

I recently purchased the privilage template, and have had the worst luck getting the hav links to show.

I have tried a number of ideas to fix it, but I can't seem to get it going could somebody please help.

Have you selected a valid menu to be displayed in this area via the templates parameters (Extensions -> Template Manager -> J51_Privileg -> Menus)?
