At the request of my client, I expanded the top area of the header area of the Habitat template in order to place a scrolling stock ticker at the top of the website.

In doing so, it pushed the header image down and cut off a portion. In addition, I have been unable to make the header responsive to smart phones and devices.

I tried some css code that worked on a previous website but did not work with this one.

The link to the website is located at http://pilotdirectional.com .

I suspect there is no way to also show the stock ticker on the smart devices but the client would at least like to see the header for the website.

Thanks for any assistance you could provide.

James Smith

PS: I did add some code that made the header responsive to smart phones but because I expanded the top of the header region to make room for a scrolling banner, it removes the banner when viewed by smart phone portrait and cuts off the banner when viewed landscape.
The client just wants a responsive banner for the site and does not care if the scrolling stock ticker is not available with smart devices.

Hi James

You appear to have the 'Responsive Layout' disabled within your templates parameters. Is this how you intend or is it simply a temporary solution? For us to troubleshoot the issue we wuld need to see an example.

I am waiting on my client to see if removing responsive layout from the website will solve the issue.
If not, I will submit a new request for assistance.

Thank you for your quick response!
