Hey Ciaran

I'm into a site I built on Hayley in J3 doing updates and will be bringing it up to J4 as well but while reviewing articles I came across this weirdness. The image is the same size as the others and the settings are the same but it isn't displaying right. I did a screen capture video so you can see what I'm talking about.

Thanks for your help. I'm out of places to look to debug this.

Hi Ali

It looks like the issue happens when there is not enough text to push an item to the full width.

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.blog-alternative .item {
width: 100%;
}

Wellllll That was interesting.

Got to Custom CSS and this is what was in there already;
CSS-Old Custom.JPG

So I changed it to yours above and now I have this;
Not so much.JPG

I would also suggest that it shouldn't matter if the blog post title content was just HELP or a big long text the styling should remain consistent. At least that is what I expect.

Many thanks for any further help. The original was better than this. :(

Hi Ali

I have amended the CSS to the following to resolve the issue...

.blog-alternative .item,
.blog-alternative .item-content {
width: 100%;
}

And yes this should be expected regardless of the article content so I will create an update for the Joomla 3 and 4 version of this template to resolve the issue.
