I am using the Nadia template and notice that on a desktop PC - Google Chrome / Firefox is displaying the menu in 'tablet' view. On a desktop Mac Google Chrome / Firefox / Safari - displays the menu normally. I have reduced the layout width to no avail. Could you please advise.

Hello

Would you have a URL to an example of this issue? May I ask what screen resolution is your desktop PC?

My Mac pro screen size is 1920 x 1080. I have sent you a link via the 'J51 contact box' - you should have this now. The problem appears to be on the smaller screen sizes. I am receiving feedback from PC users visiting my website - so I cannot verify their screen ratio settings. I do not have access to a PC.

Hello

Strangely we are unable to replicate this issue. We can only display the mobile menu on screensizes less than 1010px; Can I ask you to include a screenshot of the issue.

Ciaran,

Thank you for your very swift response. I have sent out a request to a number of PC users. One has just replied (with screenshot) - not an issue on his PC running Google Chrome (he has a desktop 21 inch monitor). However I have another respondent on a 'laptop' (smaller screen) running Chrome - with only the 'tablet' style menu. I am beginning to wonder if this is a user issue and not the template at all. Is it possible to adjust the mobile or tablet 'break-point' at which the standard menu view then switches to the tablet stye?

Hello

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will amend the breakpoint for you. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Ciaran,

Thank you for your response. I will inform my client and await their decision on this issue. If they wish to implement the break-point - or alternately stay as is.
