The footer menu for some reason can't change the container size to make it fit with the footer copyright information and is double stacking instead of Copywrite on left and menu on right.

Hello

I am not sure if I understand you correctly. Checking your site, your copyright is to the right of the footer and the menu to the left. Have you since been able to resolve this issue?

Since I did not get an answer back quickly, I disabled the footer menu because the entire site was completed with the exception of the footer menu issue and it was time to show the client, but I really need to know how to fix ASAP.

Thanks,
JT

HI JT

I am not sure if I understand you correctly. You wish the copyright and the footer menu to disable in a column (on top of each other)?

In Layla on Joomla 3.0 the copyright is on the left, and the footer menu is supposed to be on the right. Well on http://45.63.106.129/~birdnest/ the footer was showing underneath the copyright on the left side. Since I could not fix it and I had to launch to the client I just turned off the footer menu to not embarrass myself. I will turn it on so you can see what I am talking about.

Hi JT

Can you double check the HTML in your template copyright field. It appears you may have an unclosed HTML element that is effecting the remainder of your page.

Ciaran....OMG, you were right for some reason there was a <div> markup left in the copyright code....uuuggghhhhh. Sometimes you have to step back out of the project to see what's going on, glad you caught that, and thank you for the extra eyes bro.

Kindest Regards,
JT

P.S. Any news yet on Layla for Joomla 4.0?

Hi JT

No problem at all... happy to help,

Almost ready with both the Emani and Layla templates. Some extra work has been required in getting the demo installer to be compatible with J4 which held us back a bit and was somewhat unforeseen. Joomla 4 has a lot of big changes in that area. All good now thou so we can go back to working on upgrading the templates.
