False purchase because of poor UX

Hi
I wanted to download the Maya template. Therefore I payed for a Single Template Purchase Membership. When I downloaded the Maya template, I was charged a second time. I realised that I hadn't paid for Membership the first time, but for another template I didn't want, the Nina template. Can you please cancel that purchase? As you'll probably see, I didn't download it. Thank you!
