Is there an easy way to set the hornav menue transparency, so only the text is displayed? I only want to make the tabs color & edge transparent, not the drop down menue.

Hello

Not sure if I understand you correctly. Would you have a URL to an example of your menu and the color which you wish to be transparent?

Hi, thanks for your fast reply. I want to remove the frame and edges of the hornav menue so only the menue text is shown on the background graphic. See the attached graphic. Thanks.

Ah I see.. thank you.

Try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#hornav ul a, #hornav .separator {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.2);
color: #FFFFFF !important;
}

Thanks Ciarán, that did it with the text - perfect. Is there an easy way to remove the surrounding black frame as well?

To remove the surrounding shadow you can change the above CSS to the following..

#hornav ul a, #hornav .separator {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.2);
color: #FFFFFF !important;
box-shadow: none;
}
