Error on Kaylee demo installer

I just downloaded Kaylee J4 demo installer and the setup pages went through fine. But when I tried to view the site, I get the following error. This shows in the front end and back end:

CLASS 'JOOMLA\PLUGIN\BEHAVIOUR\TAGGABLE\EXTENSION\TAGGABLE' NOT FOUND
