Are all the modules that are shown in the demo of Enlighten available for joomla 3.x ?

I ask this, because last time I bought a template some of the modules were just available for joomla 2.5

Yes. All modules are available for Joomla 3.x

For which of our templates was your module extensions only available for Joomla 2.5? To my knowledge this is not the case for any of our templates. Unless of course the templates itself is only available for Joomla 2.5

In Doctrine template I couldn't use the module mod_j51hover . I was able to install it but it didn't work. I didn't try any more because I thought It was because of the joomla version, but maybe It was other reason.

But now I have installed Enlighten and no problems so far.
