I am setting up the slide show in the showcase position. I would like to be able to centre the pictures in the 'frame' The pics I am using are 480 W x 320 H and they appear on the left side of the page. You can see this at http://www.thedentoronto.com/index.php

Also the link option is not working and Alt tag is not working. I am using Joomla 1.7

A popular solution to centre smaller images within the slideshow is to place the image centre within a frame similar to the image attached.

For the links may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further.

I solved the link problem. But the centering one still has be concerned. If I do what you suggest I end up with images that are twice the size in K that they should be. Is there not a way to add a centre tag or something of the sort.

Try adding the following to the end of your templates template.css (../templates/j51_endeavour/css/template.css)

[code type=css]#showcase ul {margin: 0 auto !important;}[/code]

Ensure to reduce the width within your slideshows parameters to match that of your images.
