I have a problem that I know can be done but for the life of me I can not figure it out

One of the pages on a site I am developing has the Image Slide show in the showcase module position

In the Side Column position there is a menu that has five or six options all of which point to an article.

When one of those is clicked the slide show disappears as well as any of the other items that were in the side column position. It is like an whole new page was opened just for the use of the menu.

What I want to happen when one of the menu items is clicked is for the article to be displayed on the right side of the page and everything else stays where it is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi canwestboss

From your module manager click in to each of your disappearing modules (slideshow, sidecolumn modules) and under menu assignment ensure you have selected your 'Workshops' menu items.
