Enable social icons template nocture

Hello,
I'm new to the forum

I use the template Nocture VERS.1 and I can not activate the social icons. There is no Enable button disabled

If you type the url on the line the icon appears on the site. Thats al what you have to do

I use the nocture and have tried different fields and the icons appear to me nicely at the top of the screen. I hope that you receive an better solution than what brougth in.
