Emani J4 - refused to apply style from media/templates/media/vendor/joomla-custom-elements/css/joomla-alert.css

Hi Ciarán,
I'm having issues with template Emani for Joomla 4 dev page dev site that feels similar to the issue raised by chrishoefliger in Commercial Templates Friday, 02 September 2022.

The console throws this error:
/media/templates/media/vendor/joomla-custom-elements/css/joomla-alert.css
because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

The behavior is a Titlemodule containing a media link is not displaying.
My search for options leads me Titlehere and Im over my head.

Is this a template error or an extension configuration issue on my side, please?

Hi Ciaran,

can the solution please be posted here publicly, as TDEDERICHS already suggested? The problem seems to occur with several J51 Joomla 4 templates. For me it is KINVARA and JULIET, which I recently purchased, so they should be the latest versions.
