Emani Demo Installer does not work for me

Hi, I'm trying to install Emani_Demoinstaller on a website running Joomla 4.2.5. I have loaded Emani for Joomla 4. I get an error when I try to install the demo installer. It says it does not find the XML-file.
I have unpacked the whole package and am trying to download the Demo Installer.
I have also tried to install J51_Emani_J4 first. It went well, but I couldn't put Demoinstaller on top.
Any help??

Sorry to say it is not possible to install the template demo installer to an existing Joomla installation. For details on installing the demo installer may I suggest the following article... https://joomla51.com/tutorials/demo-installer/setting-up-the-demo-installer
