Hi Ciaran,

first for all my compliments for your templates (i already bought two...) and your great work on this forum. I have two questions and i hope you can help me (actually i work with Elvira in local server) :

1) how can rediuce most the space between the modules positions "ContentTop A" and "Bottom3A"
2) can you tell me how have you create the footer in your Elvira Demo (positions, etc.) : i find it well done because there isn't a lot of space between the differents elements (brand name, description, social icons, various links..).

Thanks a lot

Bye

Giu

Hi Giu

Thank you for your kind words :)

1. Mentioning "ContentTop A" and "Bottom-3A" suggest that you have the component area empty as the component would generally lie between these 2 module positions. Is this correct?

2. For our template demo we created 2 modules in the base-1a module position. The first a Custom module with the following markup...

Elvira

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam nonumy eirmod tempor invidunt ut labore et dolore magna aliquyam erat, sed diam voluptua.

The second the J51 InlineIcons module bundled with your template.

Hi Ciaran,

as always thank you for your quick and clear answer.
1) yes, yhe component area is empty, can you tell me how i should proceed ?
2) ok thanks

I have also a little last question and i'd like your opinion : I would like to insert a map (ex. google map) in the footer, can you indicate me the cleanest way or a module/plugin more adapted in relation to your templates (there are so many on the web...).

Thank you again

Have a good day

Hi Giu

1. May I suggest the following article on this query... https://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/hiding-the-component-article-area-on-a-page

Regarding adding Google maps, I would not have a definitive recommendation although I have heard some good reports on https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/embed-google-map/
