Dropdown menu not working with Android tablet

Hello Guys,

I've bought all templates, I'm a huge fan of Joomla51's work! ;)

I know the issue I'm inquiring about today has been dealt with before, but answers given did not resolve my issue :dry:

For now, I'm using the Novation template, all working fine in ordinary PC and MAC browsers, but hornav dropdown menu not "dropping" in Android tablet...in Chrome for example...

Is there a way to resolve this issue to make it work everyhere ? I've installed "jQuery Easy"...no luck there...I may be missing something, please help!

How can I send you guys a private message, with Admin login and pass for the website ? If you can be so kind enough to take a look at my installation...

Just a quick question. Have you already tried replacing the dropdown.js as suggested in the following forum post... http://www.joomla51.com/forum/8-commercial-templates/4727-kindle-on-ipad#8737 ?

I can confirm that replacing the file dropdown.js as suggested...
in /templates/j51_template/js did the trick..drop down menu now working in Android/iPad browsers.

I'm re-attaching file here, for those who will read this post and need help.

Ciarán, can you please confirm if the file must be replaced anyway, for older templates ? like Novation, a 2012 template

If you are having similar issues with older termplates then yes this file can be used.

Can I use this dropdown.js as well for the PianoForte template? Because I have the same problem with the dropdown menu on my Android tablet.

Yes this dropdown.js will work without issue with your Pianoforte template.
