Drop down menus and (some?) tablets

This isn't a template problem as such but I hope you can help or offer some advice.

Joomla ver: 3.5.1, Template: Cashmere
Running on: Local testing server, Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS)
Browser Platform: Windows 10 tablet, Browser: Microsoft Edge

While testing my site using Microsoft Edge (in landscape mode so I'm not invoking responsive layout), the drop down menus appear when tapped but then disappear almost immediately.

I can't see any options in the template settings but is there any custom CSS I could add which will delay or modify this?

Hi Mike

We have just updated our Cashmere template. implementing a CSS dropdown menu rather than using jQuery. This will allow for better functioning across all devices.
