Hi,

Is it possible to give each JNews item another background color? And how can I do that?
Now they all have the same bg-color (fig caption).

Thanks
Kees

Hi Kees

Would you have a URL to an example of your News module?

Thank you Kees

The module does not have the option to set individual colors for each item however one solution may be to create 3 instances of the News module display one in each?

You may need a little custom CSS to display the modules in a single row.

Thank you very much Ciaran,

As always you helped me fine! This works.

Last question about JNews. Where or how can I change the hover color. Now I see something like orange. I have searched and did changes with the browser inspector and in the settings. But I can't find it anywhere.

Thanks and best regards
Kees

Hi Kees

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.j51news .hover-overlay {
background-color: #b0bf2e;
}

(edit to taste)
