Hi Ciaran,

I got the Nina J4 template to try out J4 and look into your demo install. Problem is I cant get past the initial installation, once I fill in all the requested info, including database name and login it halts the the error: Duplicate entry '960-8' for key 'PRIMARY' I can see the databse gets filles with tables, but can't put a finger in it whats going on. Googling this particular error gives me no results. Maybe you've seen the before?

Update: It worked fine locally on xampp, made a backup with Akeeba, restored it to the online host and no problems. Thanks for the support :)

Hello

Are you have this issue with the latest download of the template? If you refresh at the point of the error, are you allowed to finish our installation?

Yes I downloaded the template recently, installer says Joomla 4.0.2
If I refresh, it starts over at the start of the installer setting the Joomla username & password.
I'll buy the Joomla3 template and upgrade to 4 after I install, is that possible?
