Hello

May I suggest the following article on this query... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/warning-failed-to-move-file-error

Alternatively you can upload your template manually. Extract your template install file locally (j51_clarity.zip) and then upload to your templates folder (../templates) replacing the original.

Hello

Your site now uses a fluid width on smaller screens which will improve how your sites is displayed on smaller screens.

I notice some of your content is displayed within tables. Tables are not responsive and will crop your content if displayed on a screensize smaller than the width of your table. Maybe this is related to the issue you are having?
