Clarity - moving 'container-header' to bottom

Hi again
Thanks for your answer earlier to my wish of the #container_header further down the page. It worked. However, I was wanting to put it always at the bottom of browser, 25% height, with the topmenu right above/in it. I haven't seen any templates, that offer this feature? Why is this?
I entered nexus.css and tried adding 'position: bottom;', but this does not work. z-index is 10, which i suppose would make possible content run beneath? But that is not a main concern - positioning of the header and a menu is! I hope you still might comment, although I could not ask assistance for a fee.

Having looked at this again I realise there was a lot easier solution by simply adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

position: absolute;
