Hi,

Does someone know how to implement the image viewer from the thumbnail gallery similar to the demo server version. I have the module installed and the roll-over works fine but the images open in a new tab not in the popup viewer like the sample. I presume this is a JS script but its not listed anywhere in the download.

Thanks

Hello

The JS script is included with the module, I suspect however that it may be conflicting with one of the other extensions on your site.

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Thank you

I have tried re installing your module however have been having some issues. Firstly on uninstalling your module there was an issue removing the modules JS folder. Also when attempting to install anything to your site we are getting the following error...

DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (jerror) at position 0 (j): The timezone could not be found in the database

This can be due to some incorrect folder permissions you appear to have (System -> System Information -> Directory Permissions) in particular with your /log and /tmp folder which should be set to 755.

Hi Ciaran,

I have opened the permissions on the 2 folders now. Do you want me to delete the JS folder in the gallery module directory?

Hi Alan

Yes if you could I will attempt to install the module again. I suspect however that I will have the same issue as your tmp and logs folder still don't appear to be writable. You can check this for yourself by navigating to Site -> System Information -> Directory Permissions from your Joomla administration.

Hi Ciaran,

I have deleted the JS folder and have fixed the write permissions of the tmp and log folders (paths needed to be changed in joomla admin). Hope this works now.

Again thanks for your help with this - its an important part of my site so would really like to get it working.
