Chelsea Demo Installer on Xampp

I have been trying to install Chelsea on my local PC Xampp (running latest version) and it seems that the demo installer progress bar just stucks half way. I only want to install locally so I can explore the template and all its options.

I have already installed the Template on live server without any issues.

Can you please advise what the possible cause could be?

I just increased the timeout settings of my php settings (on xampp) and all is working as it should. I was able to install the demo.
