Change the Words "Module Extensions" in the lefthand column of the list of articles under sub-menu "Module Extensions"

There is an automatic list of Module Extensions when we add new articles in "Module Extensions" catergories. I have changed the name in the sub-menu and the name of the categories into another name, but the words "Module Extension" still appears in the first column when we click into the articles under this category. Kindly advice how to change the words there. 2020-01-20.png
