Hi
When I view: http://www.westwoodhair.com on my mobile it doesn't view the same as your demo.
I realise this may well be just a settings problem in the admin section of the template, but I cannot get it to work correctly.

Your assistance with this will be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Terry

Hi Terry

Ensure you have the 'Responsive Layout' option turned on from within your templates parameters. From your Joomla administration navigate to Extensions -> Template Manager -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Responsive Options.

Hi Ciarán
I did initially have the responsive settings turned on but viewing on both IPhone and Smartphone the site did not view correctly.
Can I send you LOGIN details so you can check things out?

Hi
I use http://ipadpeek.com/ to check how a website looks in IPAD/TABLET
You'll see that the menu doesn't show but gives you a MENUBAR link at the top right hand side.
On my Smartphone it's the same.
I've sent you LOGIN details. perhaps you could see what can be done.

Hi Terry

This is correct and you will find it is the same for the template demo. As there is less screen space on smaller screen devices most menus will not fit across the screen. We therefore convert the menu to a mobile version which displays to the top right of the page.

Okay, but when i then click on the menu >>>> and click on MEET THE TEAM, I don't get the menu published to the sidecol-a position of all the other members of the team?

Your comments please on this.

Hi Terry

Ensure you have your side column module assigned to your 'Meet the Team' menu item. Module menu assignment is available in your modules parameters.

Thank you Terry

We have enabled your side column modules to display on all devices in the 'Responsive Options' tab of your templates parameters and it is now appearing correctly.
