Hi Ciaran
Please assist
I'm trying to put keywords into the "TAGS" on the homepage and others but it doesn't save them and remains blank.
If you respond I'll give administrator access.

Terry

Hi Terry

Just to confirm that this is a template related issue, could you try enabling one of the default Joomla templates (Protostar) and see if the issue still exists.

I've got Protostar showing in my FTP folder but not when I look through the backend?
I've got an identical site running with the same template (Naomi) at http://www.bodyessentialromford.co.uk and had no problem adding to the tags section on various pages.
I've replied to your email with user login details.

Hello

You may have uninistalled your Protostar template. Can you install it by navigating to Extensions -> Manage -> Discover ?

Hello

If the issue is present using the default template (Protostar), then this is not a template issue and more likely to be a plugin issue. Try disabling any installed 3rd party plugins to see if this resolves the issue. If yes then enable each until you find the offending plugin.

Hi Ciaran
Tried this with no effect. (I'd only installed 2)
The strange thing is this is a "mirror" image of: http://www.bodyessentialromford.co.uk and I had no problem doing the tags on this site.
Same everything????

Hi Terry

I tested your site and I appear to be able to add tags to your articles without any issue?

Hi Ciaran
I'm afraid that doesn't help as I cannot.

Are you having the issue in the frontend or backend of the site?
