Can't override Search position

Hi
Wanted to move search to a module position, but the file you say I should change in the tutorials recommends changing the file:
(../templates/[YourTemplate]/php/layouts/header.php)..
This file doesn't exist in Nina I am placing my logo in the position it seems to occupy top1
How can I change or remove it?
