Can't Download Purchased Templates

I ordered two templates through PayPal hours ago and when I try to download all I see is "Pending" in the Purchase History. I have no download links available under Template Downloads.

I wanted to order one more template but not until I can download what I already purchased.

How can I download my purchased templates?

Hello

Thank you for your purchase. Paypal appears to have put a hold notice on your payment. These are 'quick security checks' and payment is usually released by Paypal within 24 hours. If you log in to your Paypal account you should find further details on the issue.

Paypal is showing that you received payment for the Scarlett template (see attached). I'll see what's going on with the other transaction, but can you please make that template available for me to download?

Paypal asked that you resubmit the payment request for Juliet. They said there are no holds now.

Checking your account, access to the Scarlett template should have been granted as soon as Paypal removed the hold on the payment. If you still wish to purchase the Juliet template may I suggest creating a new order at the following URL... https://joomla51.com/joomla-templates/j51-juliet/sign-up
