Calibra: Missing CSS File

Hi, I purchased and installed the Calibra template today. I was having issues with the placement of some of the menus.

I eventually realised (after about 2 hours) that the responsive-nav.css file was missing from the install.

As it's just a CSS file I was able to grab it off the live demo so the issue is now fixed on my site.

However I thought I should let you know that this is an issue.
