Bulletts missing in doctrine template

I have some bulleted items not showing at all.
it just show indent but no dots.
It seems like this template is missing some basic stuff.

let me add that <ul><li></li></ul> is in the article.

Any clue why it is not showing? This makes Joomla 51 missed on the basics. How could this be? it is a simple bullet points and it's not even showing up.
I really don't understand why Joomla 51 have no fix to their template.

Would you have a URL to an example of a <li> list? The above URL appears to only show a list of <span> elements.

Try adding the following to the end of your templates template.css..

list-style: disc outside none;
margin-left: 25px;
padding-bottom: 8px;
}
.content ul {
padding: 10px 0;
