I'm wondering what the purpose is of the bootstrap.css file in the Metropolis template. It's inordinately large for a css file at 146k+. My concern is that search engines do not favor large pages.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Scott

The bootstrap.css is the base CSS file for Bootstrap (http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/) which is used with Joomla 3.0. The bootstrap CSS is quite large however due to its popularity I don't believe it to have any negative effects with search engines.
