I figured out how to install the template on my active site but seems more like build it from the ground up thing. You should really warn people before paying that the installs is J4 only.

I assume most of the features I am looking for and all the layout issues I am having would only be corrected if it did a fresh j4 install upgraded to J5 then migrated my site?

everything is printing 2 times on the screen
