Using the Bianca template... I would like a video to go in the Showcase. It should display as a background video with the overlay style underneath. It looks like I have to use the layer slider module to get this. But how can I use a video instead of an image?
Thanks!

Hello

The overlay style (curve) is part of the top-1 module positions and will display if content exists in the showcase-1 module positions. The content in the showcase-1 does not have to be the layerslideshow module (eg. a video module should also work).

I have the same question, and am still confused by the answer above. What is the best way to add a video module? Do I need an outside extension?

Hello

Our more recent version of the LayerSlideshow module inlcudes an option to add a Vimeo or YouTube video to the slideshow. For other video formats there is many 3rd party modules, all of which should work without issue in the showcase module position (https://extensions.joomla.org/tags/video-players-gallery/).

Sounds great. I downloaded the latest Biance Update. Does the included LayerSlideshow extension already include this function? How does it work?
