I modify the background image of Oxygen Template, I need to fix the position of the image, and the content scroll over it.

In what way do you wish to fix the background image?

For the modules add the following CSS to the Custom CSS field within your templates parameters..

[code type=css].module, .module_menu {background: none;}[/code]
