Ashley template - change template heading

Hi,
I'd like to change the Demo template heading, the reference, address, mail .... beside the logo (see attachment) . Could you please suggest me which file I have to modify?

Hello,

I did the following:

I created two new modules - custom html - and put them in header 1 and header 2 position.
Hope this helps.

Hello

As stated by Machtige you will find these modules in the header-1 and header-2 module positions. They are named 'Header Address Left' and 'Header Address Right' respectively (Module Manager).
