Hello

I have bought a number of your templates and have become fairly proficient in uploading the demo installer and working on your templates.
For some reason however i am unable to successfully upload the Artisan template. I uploaded the Lifestyle template on to another subdomain using the same procedure at the same time without problem. When I try to access the domain the page gives the following error:-

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@solwaycrafts.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you help please?

Hi Ian

May I suggest sending temporary FTP access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue for you. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
