Amelia - update copyright date automatically

How do I modify Amelia so the copyright date will update automatically? You showed us how to change php/layouts/base.php in Serenity and Juliet. I don't find base.php in Amelia.

For the Amelia template, the copyright text can be found in your templates index.php (../templates/{j51_amelia/index.php - LINE 98).
