After update 3.7 no header background

After update to Joomla 3.7.0 there is no image in the J51_Chelsea template. Tried to save the template style but without succes.

The issue appears to be related to your System - Login Popup by ExtStore plugin. Disabling this plugin appears to resolve the issue. To resolve JS conflicts you could try the following article.. https://joomla51.com/tutorials/item/resolving-javasript-errors-in-joomla-using-jquery-easy
