Add nav feature from another template to Renovate?

Hey guys,

How hard would it be to make the navigation bar on J51 Renovate be sticky like in J51 Habitat? I really like the fixed position when a person scrolls down. Is it a matter of a few CSS entries or is it altogether too complicated?
