Hi Lukasz

I have just updated your purchase to the Joomla 4 version of the template which should be now available for you to download via your Profile -> Template Downloads.

Hello again,
I'm coming back to you because even after the installation of J4 version of template I still can't make it work.
I always get the same message error: 500 behavior error (see attached image).
Do you have an idea to resolve this problem?
regards
Lucas

Hi Lucas

To amend try deleting your templates html folder (../templates/riley/html) and re-installing your template. It seems you may be still loading some J3 overrides with your template.

Hello Ciaran,
you were right, after cleaning the folder the template works!
However I have a another little problem: when I load a style preset other the default and make any change I can't save the changes because I get error message:
"The form cannot be submitted as it's missing required data. Please correct the marked fields and try again. "
I'm browsing then trough all the settings but I don't see any field that is marked by error and that's it - saving changes is not possible.
However when I revert to default style everything works fine.
Do you have an idea what might be the problem?
Thank you.

Hi Lucas

To amend try extracting the attached in to your Joomla ../images folder.

Hi there,

I seem to have a similar problem as ukaszw80 (error 500) with my bianca template. Clearing the html-folder did not work. Is it possible that I have an old template version like ukaszw80?

Regarding my last posting: I obviously accidently purchased the J3 Version of Bianca yesterday. Is it possible to change my licence to the J4 Version. That would be great.

Hi Ciaran,
I think I found the problem: I accidently purchased the J3 version of the template. Is it possible to switch my licence to J4?
