Hello

Any templates for Joomla 3.1 will work with Joomla 3.2 without issue however an update is available for the ThumbsGalleryModule which is available to download here.. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/69136519/mod_j51thumbsgallery32.zip

Hi Ciaran,

Do I have to deinstall the module before installing the update? because I installed the update and the problem of the 'dark' page is still there.

thanks.

Hi Patricia

Simply installing the module should should be enough to update. Ensure you do a full refresh on your browser (CTRL + F5) so you are not loading the extension from cache.

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation along with your script to info@joomla51.com and I will examine this issue further. Please paste a link to this post in your email for our reference.

PS. Keep correspondance to the forum as replies by email tend to be missed :)

Thank you Patricia

I have set up an example thumbs gallery in the bottom-1a module position on your hompage and it appears to be working without issue.

Thanks for your efforts Ciaran. However, on the live site (http://www.stijlgevoel.nl), I still haven't been able to resolve it. I deinstalled and reinstalled the module, and cleared the cache.

any ideas?

thanks,

Patricia

The only thing that I can think of that would cause you to still load the old version of the module is if it is been loaded from cache. Have you tried using a different browser?

Hi Ciaran,

After a upgrade of IE and deleting the cache, it's now working. Thanks for your help.

Thank you, yet again, Ciarán. I uploaded the new Thumbs Gallery install package for 3.2 and everything works. Didn't have to do any refreshing or emptying of caches or uninstalling of the original Thumbs Gallery Module..
